The Index building is an 86-storey office tower located in the Dubai Financial District that, when complete in 2008, will have 25 levels of office space, 5 levels of parking, retail and other services and 520 residential apartments and penthouses.
Leading global architecture firm Woods Bagot and its project partners are using Aconex to streamline communication and facilitate collaboration on The Index project.
Woods Bagot use Aconex to store project information - including documents, drawings, workflows and correspondences - online, where it can be accessed through a secure central login.
This enables all project participants to view, track and share their information at any time and from any location.
Woods Bagot now use Aconex on all their major projects in Dubai in order to: save time through quick and easy information access; reduce costs such as printing and couriers; and reduce risks such as information loss and outdated documents.
