There is no limit. Every Aconex user has unlimited access to our vast data storage, meaning that you will never be restricted by your own hardware.

Do I need to download or buy system updates?
No. When we release new features there is no need to download updates. You will benefit the next time you log on, with absolutely no extra fees to worry about.
Can everyone see my data?
No. Organizations can only see data that belongs to them or has been sent to them, meaning that information is privately secured on a company-by-company basis. Access levels and configurable ‘roles’ can also be set on a user-by-user basis.
Who owns the information I put on Aconex?
You do. Each organization owns its own project data (the information that has been created by or sent to your company). Access to data cannot be revoked or denied by any other organization.
