The ideal candidate has:

• Approximately 3 to 5 years coding experience
• Proven experience with automated Web-application testing and manual testing
• Have worked with testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, RSpec
• Agile software development experience (e.g. XP, Scrum)
• 2+ years Ruby on Rails experience
• Proven competency with JavaScript and AJAX scripting
• Commercial experience with XHTML and CSS
• Understanding of web and application servers
• Experience with ANT, Maven or Rake
• Good knowledge of source code control with Git, SVN or similar
• Familiar with object oriented analysis and design
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or Software Engineering
